Reply:The main problem with revealing emails is spam which is unsolicited email.
There are people out there who have written programs to crawl into websites and collection emails. Why? They sell email lists to spammers!
To avoid being on spammers' lists treat you email with confidentiality. Not too much confidentiality, but rather just the way you treat your phone number. You just do not want to post your phone number to the public now do you?
