What do I do if I cant find a friends email address?
I don't mean to sound rude or condescending. But why don't you call her and ask her for her e-mail address.

Reply:I guess that you have her street address if she is a friend. You may have to revert to snail mail, write to her including your e-mail address in your letter, ask her to e-mail you back. Her e-mail address will show up in it.
Otherwise, does Ma Bell have a Directory Enquiries service? Then you could telephone and ask for it.
Maybe if you don't even have her street address, get in touch with City Hall, they must have population information for property taxes etc., maybe if there is someone helpful there you could send a letter in an unsealed (so they can check it's not a threatening letter) envelope with stamp addressed to your friend, and get them to forward it.
