I am looking for an old friend and have very little info. Any google tips or any other tips, tricks or hints to find where someone might be (preferably without spending any money!!!)

You could try reunion.com (especially if you know where they went to high school). If you can somehow find out which city and state they are in, try www.switchboard.com. If they have a listed phone number, it might show their e-address also. Perhaps someone that was in their high school class may know their whereabouts.

Do you know any hobbies of him? you can search in a web site that related to that kind of hubby, maybe a forum or chat.
You can search with "ram@yahoo.com" tags for the last mail of him you remember.
And last - You know where he live? any old friends of him? try to reach them.
