Is there a website that will look this up for you? Someone tried to steal my identity and open up an account with a loan consolidation service. I managed to get the email address from the contact at the company. Is there anyway to find this out on the internet?

If you got an email from it you can open the email's full header, grab the IP and do a whois on it. You can generally find out the city of the person or the nearest large city.
